I mainly use Figma for my design work, along with open-source tools like GIMP, Inkscape, and Penpot. These tools give me flexibility while supporting open technology. If a project requires it, I can also work with Adobe Creative Cloud, but I prefer open-source options whenever possible.

I do not offer subscriptions at this time. Instead, I provide four simple pricing packages that cover most types of design projects. Each package is paid in full before work begins, so there are no surprises or ongoing fees. This approach keeps the process easy, clear, and stress-free for everyone involved.

I use Stripe to handle all payments safely and securely. Stripe accepts all major credit and debit cards, along with many other popular payment options. This makes checkout easy, reliable, and convenient for customers.

I offer high-quality Graphic Design and UX/UI Design services at fair, market-based prices. My packages are designed to reflect the time, skill, and care that go into each project. If my pricing is not the right fit for your needs or budget, I’ve included a list of alternative options to help you find a solution that works best for you: Alternatives.

If you want changes or are not fully happy with the results, that’s okay. Each pricing package includes bulk revisions so we can make updates based on your feedback. If you need more changes than your package allows, additional revisions are available for an extra fee. This keeps the process flexible while staying clear and fair for everyone.

That’s okay. I plan each project upfront by gathering all goals and details before work begins. This helps me stay focused and on schedule. Small requests can be handled as revisions, based on your pricing package. Bigger changes that shift the original goal are considered out of scope and may need an extra fee or a new project.

Yes, you can cancel your project at any time. If you choose to cancel, I will send you all the work completed so far, including any unfinished source files. I may also ask for brief feedback about your decision so I can improve my services in the future. My goal is to keep the process fair, clear, and respectful for everyone.

Because each project requires careful planning, time, and hands-on design work, refunds are not offered. Once work begins, that time and effort are fully invested in your project. This policy helps keep pricing fair and allows me to focus on delivering high-quality results for every client.
